Privacy Policy

Last updated 29 July 2026. This policy covers the guide pages at elklotus.com. It does not cover the mobile applications, which have their own policies published on their store listings.

Who is responsible

This site is operated by Long-Term New Media Limited. Questions about this policy can be sent to hklongtermad@gmail.com.

What we collect directly

The site consists of static pages. It has no accounts, logins, comment forms, newsletters or shopping carts, and no page requests a name, address or payment details.

The web server records standard request logs — IP address, date and time, the page requested, referring page and browser user-agent. These logs are used to keep the site running and to understand which pages are read. Email correspondence is retained so that it can be answered.

Cookies and similar technologies

We do not set cookies of our own for tracking or profiling.

However, third parties serve advertising on this site, and they do set cookies and use similar technologies. Specifically:

Your choices about advertising

Readers in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland are asked for consent before personalised advertising cookies are set, and that consent can be changed or withdrawn at any time.

Analytics

Where analytics is used to count page views, it is configured not to identify individual readers, and it is not combined with advertising identifiers to build profiles.

What we do not do

Links to other sites

Some pages link to app store listings, our own product download pages, and occasionally to third-party references. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and this policy does not apply to them.

Your rights

Depending on your place of residence, you may have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to object to how it is processed. Requests can be sent to hklongtermad@gmail.com and will be answered.

Changes

When this policy changes, the date at the head of the policy is updated. Material changes are recorded in the policy rather than made without notice.
